Central Valley · Chile

Cabernet in focus.Fruit with a savoury edge.

De Vine Cabernet Sauvignon 2024 comes from Chile’s Central Valley. Hand harvesting and partial oak maturation build a wine around clear varietal character.

Cassis and black plum are joined by pepper, graphite and vanilla. The palate is juicy, with oak supporting the fruit rather than taking its place.

Red meats and mature cheeses are the producer’s suggested partners. A small selection of aged cheese makes a simple setting for the wine’s cassis and spice notes.
