The 2008 Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru is made entirely from Chardonnay, drawn from the Côte des Blancs and Vertus. More than ten years on the lees give this vintage Champagne time to develop its depth.
Floral notes, blood orange and roasted almond sit within a taut, mineral profile. A small oak-matured component adds another layer while Chardonnay remains at the centre of the wine.
