Luca Paretti is produced at Serena Winery in Treviso Province. Treviso is the cultural and wine capital of Italy’s prosecco region. Serena winery has been family run since its founding in 1881. The winery maintains Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC) standards. The Serena winemaker is Ermes Busetto who has over 30 years of winemaking experience. Mr. Ermes Busetto received training at the prestigious Oenological School Cerleatti in Conegliano. Mr. Ermes Busetto is a member of the elite Prosecco DOC Tasting Commission.

Luca Paretti Brut appears soft yellow with lime green hues and fine bubbles that produce understated aromas of green apple and peach with floral notes. It has a soft, but fresh, acidity on the mouth and the hint of fruit is delightfully pleasurable for those who enjoy exotic fruit on the palate.
