What makes VieVité Extraordinaire truly extraordinary? This highly acclaimed wine-lovers rosé reigns from Domaine Sainte Marie and is pre-dominantly made with hand-picked Grenache grapes that are up to 80 years old, giving this rose wine an incredible structure, unparalleled body and bold intensity.

The winery is ideally located just outside Saint Tropez and stretches over 45 hectares of land. With great southern exposure, the land is made of a filterable siliceous soil containing micaschists, schists, and white quartz.

THE STYLE
VieVité Extraordinaire harmonizes a pure relationship with nature and boasts and anthology of exceptionally old vineyards. Sourced from these older vines and produced in small quantities, VieVité Extraordinaire captures the excitement of Rosé lovers for its opulent fruit flavors and exuberant panache. This deliciously vibrant Rosé delights with its intense and well-balanced fruit flavors.

It is dominant with strawberries and berries and structured with intensity and complexity that shines through the extraordinarily old vines it is made of. This is a bold rosé wine that has a long satin and smooth finish that lingers flawlessly. A true wine lovers rosé.

VieVité Extraordinaire may be paired with seafood and fish recipes that are dressed with rich and succulent sauces. Any Mediterranean cuisine with olive oil, garlic and fresh herbs will be complemented wonderfully with VieVité Extraordinaire’s perfect wine characteristics. It will also stand up to bold and exotic spicy dishes, such as green and red Thai curry.

Where VieVité Extraordinaire really shines is with meat dishes, such as roasted turkey, duck, and rabbit.
