||The Spirit and The Region
Parce is an ultra-premium, craft Colombian rum that welcomes you with an embrace as warm as today’s Colombia. Explore the beautiful country of Colombia, rich in history, culture and natural wonders. It is home to the friendliest people and the most beautiful landscapes and produces the best coffee, the freshest flowers and the most distinguished rums.
The Craft Blended Rum
Parce is blended by Master Blenders Arthur and Brojen Fernandes Domecq of Bogotá Colombia, who have a combined history of more than 50 years working with fine rum. Parce’s distillate is blended in Panama, Guyana, Trinidad & Tobago and Colombia and the final blending and bottling takes place in Colombian coffee country: Quindío. It is then thoughtfully aged for twelve years in bourbon oak barrels.
12-Year Tasting Notes
Parce 12-year rum is the award-winning, crown jewel of the Parce collection and the ultimate whiskey drinker’s rum. It is aged to absolute perfection and blended with 80% sugar cane and 20% molasses at 40% ABV. Parce 12-year rum is sweet and spicy on the palate with a complex finish and notes of crème brûlée, toffee, dried fruits, and pipe tobacco. This award-winning rum is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, as there is truly no better 12-year-old rum in the world.
ON BOTTLE = ONE TREE
For every bottle of Parce sold, Parce will plant a native species tree in deforested regions of Colombia. To date, more than 30,000 trees have been planted, with 60,000 more estimated in the coming year.
